Employment tribunals – Unfair/wrongful dismissal

Our fees are normally based on an hourly rate which vary depending on the level of experience of the fee earner dealing with your case. The table below sets out our hourly rates:


Partner - £220.00 plus VAT

Associate - £208.00 plus VAT

Solicitor - £200.00 plus VAT

Trainee Solicitor - £125.00 plus VAT

Legal Executive - £125.00 plus VAT

 

We offer a first free initial appointment to assess whether you have a case. If you wish to receive written advice from this meeting so that you can take time to consider if you would like to take the case forward, we can offer this between £300.00 - £500.00 plus VAT depending on the complexity of the case.


Our average pricing for bringing and defending claims for unfair or wrongful dismissal:


Simple case: £2,000 -£4,000 plus VAT and disbursements

Medium complexity case: £4,000 - £7,000 plus VAT and disbursements

High complexity case: £7,000 – 10,000 plus VAT and disbursements


This is not an estimate of our fees for your particular case. We would need to discuss the

issues with you and give you a bespoke estimate of our fees.


If a barrister is required, this would incur additional fees to those mentioned above. We can offer further estimates once we know more about your case.


We have no control over the listing of the case, which is in the hands of the Tribunal Service. We would normally expect to conclude a tribunal matter within 2 – 12 month depending on the complexity of the case.
